Summer in a Bottle by Soap & Glory

Recently we have been having gorgeous weather and last night I was spritzing some of my favourite body moisturising mist onto my slightly pink arm after a day lazing in the sunshine and couldnt help myself but smile

What do I think of the product? 

AMAZINGGGGGG!! this spray on body moisturising mist has the most gorgeous scent, it is like a summer in a bottle!! This product always manages to release happy thoughts for me. I started using the product last summer and not stopped using it since.

The spray has surprisingly lasted me much longer than I thought it would, I only need a few wee spays and rub it in and I smell of summer.It is fantastic value for money which i think is about £5 or £6 but I could be wrong so don't quote me on that.

The bottle is very easy to use and dispenses the right amount of product per spray, the product is a thin white liquid which will run as soon as hits the skin. One spray will cover quite a large area and it dries quickly. 

The fragrance lasts very well with Girligo and I have sometimes worn this without perfume and had many compliments on how nice my perfume is...hehe it is one of the favourites with the boys to ;) 

I love the fact that Soap and Glory have so many products in this range with the same great smell, so you can layer products very easily and smell scrumtious!

Overall

This is a fantastic product well worth the price tag and looks stylish on every girls bathroom shelf. It will moisturise your skin making it feel smooth and silky. The scent will linger on your skin for hours after and you will find yourself sniffing yourself cos its such a clean fresh scent which will release many a happy thoughts.

Today the boy was having to go down to London with his work so we had a lazy morning and here is what I wore....

Afternoon Gorgeous Girlies

WOW I started my blog back last year and even though i've hardly posted any blogs I have managed to get 30 followers - thank youuuuu!! you are all beauties! :)  who have made me smile

I need to apologise tho - When i created my blog I had intentions of blogging on regular basis and have a notebook filled with scribbles for blogs I wanna post and reviews I would like to do. Sadly, I ended up going though a rough time with my work and commute so i've not been able to get blogs done :( even though I've not done that to achieve 30 blog followers is amazing for me and hopefully now i've had some time off work to get rest i've managed to clear head a bit and realised I need a more positive mental attitude to every aspect of life and I am going to start by applying for new job and sort out a few other issues, one being my bloggy blog blog!!

Fancy a wee sweet treat?

Evening Beauties!! 

Hope you are all having a lovely weekend. Today I was feeling rubbish and fancied a wee sweet treat so I decided to make Malteser Cake.

It was Yummy 

This was so simple and here is what you do...

What Do You Need?

170g Digestive Biscuits

85g Butter

175g Maltesers 

2 tbsp drinking chocolate powder ( i used galaxy )

2 tbsp golden syrup

chocolate to cover  - I used 115g dairy milk chocolate 

What Do You Do?

* Crush the digestive biscuits ( i do this by placing the digestives in a food bag and bashing this up with a rolling pin - grrrreat when you need to release tension hehe ) pour this out into a bowl

* Crush half of the maltesers the same way and add to the digestives 

* Add the drinking powder to the crushed digestives and maltesers 

* Melt the butter and golden syrup in a pan ( only takes a minute or two ) once melted stir in the bowl of crushed digestives, maltesers and drinking powder

* Take pan off the heat to cool for a couple of minutes, once cooled add the remaining maltesers(whole) and mix it up 

* line a sandwich tin with clingfilm and press the mixture into the tin and place in the fridge for 1 hour

* After an hour take the mixture out of the fridge and put to one side

* Melt the chocolate (in a bowl in microwave like I did or you can melt in a bowl over a pan of boiling water) and spread over the top of the mixture

* Put back into the fridge for a further hour

Take out the fridge, slice it up and nibble with a nice cuppa or glass of milk yumnomnommm

NOTD - Deceit

Evening girlies,

I am a day late in this post but here is my Monday NOTD it is George @ Asda's colour in Deceit.

This is a very dark grey, almost black shade with a silver glitter through it ... it is a lovely shade I reallly like it however it does chip quite easily...prob due to the price but if you apply a good quality top coat it will last longer .
I tend to avoid nail paints containing glitter as much as i'm a girl who loves a bit of sparkle I find that a lot of nail paint which contains glitter takes  me three times longer to remove than normal matt colours. However, this George Nail Paint only needs one swipe and it is removed....yay!! 


George at Asda has some lovely shades especially pastels if you like those....I have a few more George Nail Colours and will do another wee blog to show these all to you.....

This is the majority of my collection.....I fret it is not as large as I would like it but i am working on it girlies :) if you have any colours to recommend please please please comment below or tweet me or ping me on my details below..

Wishes....two years

Hello Gorgeous Girlies!!

I hope you are all have had a nice weekend and a not too bad a Monday. 

Some of you will know I am going through a slighting rough time at the moment and been feeling pretty low about myself and my life...work/friends etc. I have been spending my time getting lost in The Hills and my books etc to escape reality. In doing this I have come across a few things I would like to put down today as my wishes for the next two years....

I asked on twitter yesterday did anyone know where I could get a good replica of the watch as I do not see myself being able to afford the 'real thang' in the next couple of years and was pointed in the direction of argoooos for the sekonda version of the watch for only £19.99 so I am now thinking I will be popping in to my local argos and getting the watch in both white and black...anyone know of any other good replicas of the watch please leave me a note

This bag is lush, I spotted this on Lauren Conrad in 'The Hills' she was given it as a Christmas present and boy was I jealous and it was instant love for me....I love love love bags and would love this under my Christmas tree this year

Me and the boy currently live beside the River Clyde in Glasgow and have an amazing view of the City. However it is only a 1 bedroom flat and we were at the garden centre at the weekend and would love to have a house and a garden

I have not had a real holiday in FOUR years, that's right pickles....FOUR years!! Earlier this year my boy took me to Alicante for us to go see his parents new villa that they bought out there the end of last year. Although that was not a real holiday as we were there for only 5days :(

However, in 25 days........I am going to Egypt woop woop  I would love to travel loads I have always wanted to travel and go on exciting adventures....

I'd love to go back to California and live in LA for 3 months be amazing......proper chillout which is much needed...

Happiness

I wanna be the old me the girl I was two years ago before I went downhill. I was such a fun outgoing bubbly girl until two years ago and I made a bad choice with my career which I regret. Hopefully I can find a way out of the hell i'm currently in and I find the old me again....*fingers crossed*

My new little obsession

hello Lovelies!! 

This is just a short little blog to tell you about my new little thannnng...

I have a brand new obsession ladies, I have finally discovered 'The Hills' I know I am about 4years late in watching it. But I am currently off work to rest for a while and have got into the show. I believe it has spiralled from the show ' Laguna Beach' is that correct? I dunno. But for those who don't know about the show it is a programme that follows the personal lives of several people living in LA. I now wanting to move to LA for a few months seems such a fun place to chillout in. 

I downloaded all of season 1 from itunes and watched it on my commute to and from work each day then the boy was really sweet and bought me season 2 which I watched in a day now he got me season 3 which i am currently in the middle of watching. 

From the start I was not a Heidi fan, I thought that she was a little bit irritating but fun also. Steph1088 told me if I didn't like Heidi at the start that I would start hating her....it's true I am but to be honest I am blaming it all on that idiot spencer ( i wanna punch you in the face) pratt. Seriously, whats up with this guy?!? 

As for the other ladies, I have become a huge Lauren Conrad fan, I love her style. I have just finished her first book ' LA Candy' and hoping to read the follow on 'sweet little lies'. I think she has natural beauty and love the different ways she styles her hair. I have now started the search for 'the black hairband' lol. SO, if you know where i can get one let me know please ladies.

Any of you's had this little obsession or am i the lonely sado on this one?!? lol
